Lunch. . .

• Wild Mushroom & Asparagus Risotto with Parmesan Shavings.
• Pan Fried Sea Bass on Baby leaf Spinach with Tiger Prawns and Lime Butter. 
• Grilled Medallions of Beef with Black Peppercorn Cream and Parmentier Potatoes.
• Seared Chicken Cesar Salad with Crispy Bacon.

Lunch is Complimentary for all Full Days and can be added to any ritual at an extra cost of £20 per person.

Afternoon Tea. . .

A Selection of assorted Sandwiches, Scones and Pastries with Tea, Coffee or Herbal Teas.

Evening Supper. . .

Chicken & Brie Tartlets with Salad and Light Vinaigrette dressing.  Served with Tea and Coffee.
